Our White Glove Delivery Service
- Our White Glove Delivery service is included free with your order.
- Your new grandfather clock will arrive by truck at the appointed date and time of your choosing.
- Our expert movers will bring your clock into your home and place it according to your instructions. Only 2 flights of stairs maximum, please.
- Our movers will unbox your item so you can fully inspect it.
- They will remove all packing materials for you unless you tell them you want to keep it.
Free In-Home Setup - Mechanical Clocks Only
- The In-Home Setup is also included free with your order - a $200 Value!
- When your clock arrives, contact us and we will arrange for a local clock technician to set up your clock.
- When you call the technician, they will make an appointment to come by at your convenience to set up your new clock.
- The Setup Technician will inspect your clock, hang the weights, insure it is running properly with no mechanical or physical defects.
- The Technician will also go over the care and maintenance of your beautiful new grandfather clock with you.
